Q1. May we store our luggage before check-in and after check-out?We would be happy to keep your luggage at the front desk. However, please be aware that we are unable to store valuable articles.
We can also both ship and receive packages by parcel delivery service. When shipping packages, please be sure to record your name and the dates you are staying with us on the package slip and to send it to the address below. The addressee should be:

Q2. Is parking available?We do not have on-site parking. Please enquire for details.

Q3. Can children stay at the hotel?Children that are 6 years old and older can stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, we do not permit children under this age.

Q4. Are there equipment for children?Unfortunately, we do not have equipment for children.

Q5. Do you have any connecting rooms?Unfortunately we do not have connecting rooms. However, we are happy to arrange rooms next to each other.

Q6. Please inform me the cancellation policy.If you wish to cancel a reservation, please contact us one week in advance. Regarding cancellations less than one week in advance, a penalty fee of the following percentage of the basic accommodation fee will be charged.

• No-show　　100%
• The day of　　100%
• The day before　　50%
• Seven days before　20%

Q7. Is there a smoking area in the hotel?There is a smoking room in THE BAR.

Q8. Are there any sightseeing spots nearby?The hotel is located in the northern part of the Gion district. Popular sightseeing spots within walking distance include the Chion-in Temple, Maruyama Park, Yasaka Shrine and Kodaiji Temple. A slightly longer walk will allow you to explore Kiyomizudera Temple.
The symbol of Gion, the Tatsumibashi, is a 3-minute walk, and there are many restaurants in the area to enjoy.

Q9. May I bring my pet to the hotel?Please refrain from bringing your pet to the hotel.

Q10. Are there any convenience stores near the hotel?There is a Seven Eleven, a Family Mart, and a Lawson 100-yen shop within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel.

Q11. Can you exchange foreign currency?We cannot exchange foreign currency in the hotel itself. However, we would be happy to guide you to nearest exchange counter.
